Regina Lynn Linkous, 54, entered into eternal rest Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Ballad Hospice House in Bristol, TN. She was born November 17, 1969 in Norton, VA to Gary Linkous and the late Linda Lawson.

A 1988 graduate of Coeburn High School, she was crowned Miss Coeburn in 1987. After graduation she moved to Ohio where she resided for over 30 years before returning to her home town in Coeburn, VA.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her grandmother, Edna Whittaker of Ohio; a son, Tyler (Elizabeth) Ellis of Ohio; brothers, Tracy Linkous of Coeburn and William  (Amanda) Linkous of Ohio; sister, Melissa McCann of Ohio; special step-mother, Clara Harmer (who extended her love and care for her final days); uncle and aunt Frank and Sue Linkous of Wise, VA; several nieces, nephews, and extended family in both Ohio and Virginia.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Estes Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Marty Puckett officiating. Committal will follow at Greenwood Acres Cemetery in Coeburn.
