Rhonda Ringley, 56, of Coeburn, Virginia, passed away on February 8, 2026 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN. She was the beloved wife of Jeff Ringley, and they shared 19 loving years together.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Cecil Salyers; mother, Shirley Mae Salyers; brother, Robert Franklin Salyers; brother-in-law, Henry Lee Hall all of Coeburn.

Rhonda is survived by her daughter, Carissa Fletcher, and son-in-law, Cody Fletcher, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, Selina Ringley of Walker, Minnesota; sister, Phyllis Hall of Coeburn, Virginia; and five cherished grandchildren: Noah and Layla Rose, Collyn and Corbyn Fletcher, all of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, and Camille Ringley of Walker, Minnesota.

To know Rhonda was to love her. She had an infectious laugh and an outgoing personality that will be missed beyond measure by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm with Jason Porter officiating. Burial will follow immediately after in Greenwood Acres Cemetery in Coeburn, VA.
