Richard Allen Harvey, 63, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at his residence.

He was born May 24, 1958, in Port Clinton, Ohio to the late Joseph Clayton Harvey and Willie Mae (Murphy) Knittle.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by two brothers, Randall Eugene Harvey and Dennis Clayton Harvey.

Richard is survived by his sisters, Beverly Diana Dingus (Charlie), Onia Jane Wrst, Linda Bell Harvey (Jimmy); brothers, Karl Harvey who was his best friend, Eddie Doyle Harvey, Ronald Russell Harvey, Kelly Monroe Harvey (Carol); along with several nieces, nephews, close relatives, and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2022, at 3:00p.m. in the Harvey Family Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at Estes Funeral Home by 2:30p.m. to go in procession to the cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
