Richard Dale "Tiny" Harvey age 48, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 18, 2023 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA.,

Tiny was born on Nov. 16, 1974 to the late Harlan Freemon and Kathy Louise Harvey. He was one of four children. He grew up in Coeburn, VA and attended Coeburn High, graduating class of 1994.  He was married to his wife for 28 years, from their union they had three children. He will be missed by his family.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Israel Harvey.

Left to cherish his memory: wife, Renee Harvey; children, Candace Harvey, Caitlin Rutherford and husband Justin, Nicholas Harvey and fiance'  Kimberly Standridge;  sister, Virginia Hope Harvey; brother, Tony Harvey; grandchilldren, Spencer Dale Isaacs, & one on the way,  Addalyn Grace; special cousin, Pam Harvey; his beloved dog, Trixie; other aunts, uncles, cousins and close relatives.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Estes Funeral Home in Coeburn. The funeral Service will be conducted following in the funeral home's chapel with Rick Branham officiating.

His burial will be private.
