Coeburn, VA ~ Richard Franklin Moore, 69 passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee.He was the son of the late Charles Edward Moore and Ruth Irene Moore, also preceded in death by a son, Clarence Dale Moore.He is survived by a daughter, Rita Joyce Warden, Shelbyville, TN; threesons, Richard Wayne Moore, Franklin Hugh Moore and Kevin Brian Mooreall of Coeburn; a sister, Shirley Moore of MI, two brothers, Charles Edward Moore Jr. of Ohio and Delbert Moore of MI; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Richard Franklin Moore will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2019 after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM with Rev. R. L. Crawford officiating. Burial will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 28, 2019 at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
