Coeburn, VA ~ Robert Lee "Bob" Childers Sr., 64 passes away Saturday, August 23, 2014 at his residence in Coeburn, Virginia.
He was the son of the late Henry M. Childers.
Bobwas a born again Christian and attended Banner Revival Center.
Also he was an over the road truck driver and had the Driver Award for Driving One Million Miles without an accident.
Survivors include his wife, Debborah Ann Meade Childers, Coeburn; step-mother, Jean Hibbard, Treynor, IA; a daughter, Peggy (Kenny) Bush, KS; a son, Robert Lee Childers Jr., FL.; four brothers, John (Ann) Childers, Red Oak, IA, Rick (Dawna) Childers, Council Bluff, IA, Jerry (Lori) Good, Pheonix, AZ and Ronald (Sue) Wood, Council Bluff, IA; 7 grandchildren, several special nieces, nephews, great nieces, Nephews, and a host of friends.

Graveside services and burial for Robert Lee "Bob" Childers will be held on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Temple Hill Memorial Park with Rev. R. L. Crawford officiating. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
