Coeburn, VA ~Robert Lester "Bob" Golden, 77 passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Mountain View Medical Center in Norton Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce (Lane) Golden; parents, Edd and Mary Francis Golden; sister, Lorene Simmons; five brothers, Herston Golden, Admar Golden, Ernest Golden, Guy Golden and Basil Golden.
Survived by one son, Bobby Golden and wife, Mona, Coeburn; one sister, Pearl Golden, Ellerbe, NC; one brother,Reuben Golden, Ellerbe,NC.

Funeral services for Robert Lester "Bob" Golden will be held on Friday July 17, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fletcher Strouth officiating. Burial will follow in the Lane Cemetery at Lick Fork. Visitation will be held Thursday after 6:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, Coeburn, VA.
