Coeburn, VA ~ Roy Lee Buchanan, 69 died Friday, October 7, 2005 at his residence in Coeburn Virginia.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and lived most of his working life in Cleveland, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Alexander and Mary Ellen Buchanan; a daughter, Donna Withrow; Five brothers, Arthur Buchanan,Everett H. "Buck" Buchanan, Claude A. Buchanan, Samuel P. Buchanan andJames M. Buchanan; a Sister, Jean Buchanan.
Survivors include Five Daughters, Debra White, Thorton, CO,Teresa Buchanan, Karen Elder, Sandra Taylor and Kimberly Schmidt all of Elyria, OH; FourSisters, Mildred Forrester, Windsor, VA, Ann Greer , Coeburn, Kay Allen, New Richmond, OH and Martha Bond, Coeburn; Four Brothers, Earl Buchanan, Norwood, OH and Dean Buchanan, Lebanon, VA, Joe Buchanan and Jack Buchanan both of Coeburn; 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great grandchildren and several nieces an nephews.

A Memorial service will be Sunday at Estes Funeral Home Chapel at 8:00 PM With Rev. Curt Bond and Brother Joe Buchanan officiating. The Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. prior to the service. Arrangements are being handled by Estes Funeral Home, Inc., 114 High Ave. NE, Coeburn, VA
