Fleming-Neon, KY ~ Ruby Counts Evelyn Collier, 93 died Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at Letcher Manor Nursing Home in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
She was employed by Letcher County School System.
She was the daugher of the late Elbert Counts and Sarah Counts; also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Collier, sisters, Bessie Boggs, Millie Bise, Helen Counts and Ruth Edwards; Brother, James and half brother, Peck Counts.
Survivors include One Sister, Elizabeth Kiser, Coeburn; Three Nephews, Charles Eddie Kiser, Charles E. Kiser, Jr. and Ernie Collier; One Niece, Diana Jane Stanley Kiser; Two Special Friends, Bruce Johnson and Jason Hall.

Funeral service for Ruby Counts will be Friday, September 16, 2005 at Estes Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. with Rev. Leon Lawson officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens in Coeburn, VA. Visitation will be held after 6:00 P.M. Thursday, September 15, 2005 at Estes Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Eddie Keser, Willard Buchanan, Johnny Robinette, Ken Richardson, Elmer Sanders and Jason Hall. Arrangements are being handled by Estes Funeral Home, Inc., 114 High Ave. NE, Coeburn, VA.
