Coeburn, VA ~ Ruth Jane Bond Carbaugh, 94 passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at her residence in Coeburn Virginia.
She was the daughter of the late James Nathan Bond and Sarah (Sallie) Ellen Bond; also preceded in death by her husband, William Troy Carbaugh, daughter, Judith Ann Fletcher; a son, James Albert Cline; sisters, Audrey Pritchett, and Cotella Amelia Salyer; brothers, James Hopkins Bond, Glen Bond, Robert Clinton 'Bob' Bond, Sr. and Elbert Carson 'Rusty' Bond Sr.
Survivors include two daughters, Colene Kilgore, Wytheville, VA and Mary Ruth Dillon, Huntington, WV; a son, Troy Wayne Carbaugh, Coeburn; a brother, Ralph (Blackey) Bond, Hampton, TN; 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Ruth Jane Carbaugh will be held after 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM with Rev. Les Ritchie officiating. Burial will be 11 AM Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Temple Hill Memorial Park. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, 114 High Ave., Coeburn, VA.
