Ruth Ann Mullins, 78, of Dante, VA entered into rest Sunday, June 7, 2026 at her home. She was born December 28, 1948 in Bluefield, W.VA to the late Ethel Woody.

In addition to her mother, Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Farral Mullins of 59 years; brothers, Robert Woody, Donald Woody, and Jackie Woody.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Michael Neel and late wife Glenda Neel of Dante, VA; daughter, Daphne Mullins of Dante, VA; special granddaughter, Bree Elkins and husband, Jake Elkins of Coeburn, VA; grandsons, Timmy Sparks and significant other Gabriella Wyatt of Lashmeet, WV, and Matthew Sparks and significant other Kayla Rogers of Bluefield, WV; great-grandchildren, Maleiyah Tabor, Kylee Elkins, Bentley Kiser, Mia Elkins, and Jade Kiser; several nieces, nephews, and extended family; very special friend, Brenda Mullins of Dante, VA.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 1:00pm in the Anchor of Hope Church in West Dante, VA, with Pastor Harrison Mullins officiating and eulogy by Donald Tucker. Family will receive friends from 12:00pm to time of service. Graveside will follow services in the Mullins Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Michael Neel, Timmy Sparks, Matthew Sparks, Jake Elkins, Bentley Kiser, Leo Rogers, Don Merkle and James Jackson.
