Big Stone Gap, VA

Sandra Kay Lovett Junkins passed away Monday, March 27, 2023, at her home from an extended illness. She was born March 6, 1957, in LaFollette, TN, to the late Charles Robert Lovett and  Katherine Mary Kay Lovett, her biological mother, Catherine Parrish. She is the granddaughter of the late Maynard and Sara Wilson of LaFollette TN, and Judith Dyke Lovett Dishen and William Frank Lovett of TN.

Along with her parents and grandparents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Anne Junkins.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Robin Ranee Moore (Bobby) of Big Stone Gap, VA; granddaughter/daughter Amanda Ranee Junkins (Ray Brown) of SC; grandchildren, Sara Stallard of Big Stone Gap, VA, Summer Stallard of Myrtle Beach, SC, Alexandria Moore (Kala Moore) of Wise, VA, and Alisha White of Big Stone Gap, VA; siblings, Robin Lee Sizemore (Dan) of Charleston, WV, Charles Robert Lovett of Jacksonville, NC, Mary Ruth Gines of Ely, Nevada, Felicia Lovett and Dave Parrish of CA; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Estes Funeral Home in Coeburn, VA. Services will follow with Father Tim officiating.
