Coeburn, VA ~ Sandy J. Carnette, 60 passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at his residence in Coeburn Virginia.

He was the son of the late Carson Eugene and Myra Jessie Stillwell Carnette.

He is survived by four sisters, Shirley Perry, Bluefield, WV, Linda (David) Jordan, Fairfax, VA, Elizabeth (Robert) Blair, Beckley, WV and Charlotte Brown, Coeburn; five brothers, Anthony 'Bobo' (Chesteen) Carnette, Kingsport, TN, Eugene C. (Ortygia) Carnette, Fredericksburg, VA, Johnny (Robin) Carnette, Charlotte, NC, Calvin D. (Jack) Carnette, Coeburn and Joe W. Carnette, Knoxville, TN; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.

Funeral services for Sandy James Carnette will be held on Monday, August 18, 2014 12:00 Noon at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leslie Lee and Rev. Solomon Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 17, 2014 after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home.
