Piedmont, MO ~ Sarah Bannie Gimlin, 73, died Friday, December 22, 2000 at her residence in Piedmount, Missouri.
Mrs. Gimlin was a former resident of St. Paul, Va. and Aurora Il.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Gimlin, her parents, Acy and Caroline McCoy Hayes, George Hayes (Brother), Lola Hayes (Sister), Bud Carico (First husband).
Survivors include 2 daughters, Violet Hayes Luke & Sandra L. Anderson, both of Piedmount, MO; a son, Martin Carico, Aurora, IL; 3 sisters, Virginia Hayes & Priscella Sexton both of St. Paul, VA & Emily Rasnick, Aurora, IL; 2 brothers, Emrey Hayes & Henry Hayes both of Coeburn, VA; 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, several nephews & nieces.
Funeral services for Sarah Bannie Gimlin will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2000 at 11:00 A.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel.Rev. Bill Crawford will be officiating. Burial will follow in the McCoy-Hayes Cemetery in St. Paul. Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home on Tuesday after 4:00 P.M.
