Coeburn, VA ~ Thomas Jackson "T.J" Dooley, 78, died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at Mountain View Medical Center in Norton, Virginia.
Mr. Dooley was a retired coal miner and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest Nathanial and Carrie Cleo White Dooley.
Survivors include his wife Mary Dooley; a daughter, Patricia Rambo, Coeburn; grandson and wife, Bryan Douglas and Crystal Rambo, Wise; great granddaughter, Sydney Rambo, Wise; step great grandson, Rece Hunsaker, Wise; 2 sisters, Mary Robinette, Norton and Lillian Ramey, Coeburn; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Thomas Jackson Dooley will be held Sunday, March 20, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Temple Hill Memorial Park in Castlewood.Visitation will be held at Estes Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday after 5:00 P.M. pound V.F.W. Post #9600 will perform military graveside rites.
