Tilda Mildred (Foster) Stout, 83, of Coeburn VA, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at Heritage Hall in Wise VA. She was born January 18, 1939, to the late James and Flora Belle (Nixon) Foster in Coeburn, VA.

Along with her parents, Tilda was preceded in death by her sisters, Clara Belle Foster, and Jean Richardson; brother, James Foster; grandchildren, Stephanie Keith, and Cynthia Keith.

Tilda is survived by her husband, Harold Stout of 65 years; daughters, Carolyn Keith of Coeburn, VA, Kimberly Campbell and husband, Rodney of Denton, NC, Sharon Maggard and fiancé, Jason Shirks of Coeburn, VA; son, Wayne Stout and wife, Donna of Wise, VA; sisters, Trula Goosetree of Lakeland, FL, Carole Slemp and husband, Jim of Coeburn, VA, and Teresa Meade and husband, Ronnie of Abingdon, VA; brother, Joe Foster and wife, Lucy of Coeburn, VA; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and a host of extended family, nieces, nephews and friends.

Upon her wishes, all services for Tilda will be private.
