Viola Farmer-Jones, 65, formerly of Coeburn, VA went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 16, 2024 with her devoted husband and her loving children by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Bertie Gibson; brothers, Willard Gibson, Jr, Norman Gibson and Vernoy Gibson; sister, Sarah Elizabeth Collins.

Surviving are her husband, James Jones of Wise, VA; daughter, Jennifer Farmer Ramey of Coeburn, VA; son, William Lee Farmer (Mikey); step-daughter, Lindsey Campbell of Georgia; the lights of her life, her grandchildren, Cassidy, Mattelyn and Mason; Sisters, Lillie Mae Sexton, Mary Jean McCoy, and Kathy Collins; special nephew, Ronald Collins; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Special thanks to Heritage Hall of Wise for the care and attention shown to Viola during her illness.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Estes Funeral Home in Coeburn, VA.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, February 19, 2024 in the Estes Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Davis officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Acres Cemetery.
