Wanda Kay Moore age 69, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022, at the Norton Community Hospital in Norton, VA.

Wanda was born in Norton, VA to the late Herald & Lola Bond Ward. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by three brothers Dwight Ward, Kyle Ward, & Kenny Ward. Wanda retired from Jerico with 22 years of service. She was a loving wife and mother that was devoted to her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years General "J.R." Moore; her daughter Rosa-lee Cooke & husband Jerry; brother Dennis Ward & wife Catherine and their daughter Emily; special friends the Palmer Family and her special pet companion Socks.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00PM on Friday, January 7, 2022, from the Estes Funeral Home Chapel in Coeburn. Funeral Services will follow with Pastor Joe Dearry officiating.
