Coeburn, VA ~Bobby Wayne East, 60, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011 at his home in Coeburn Virginia following a long illness.
Hewas aformer member of Tacoma Pentecostal Church and member of Riverview Pentecostal Church.
Hewas the son of the late CarlEast,Sr. and Ellen Harvey East; also preceeded in death by a brother, Carl "Kyle" East, Jr., grandmother, Grace Harvey.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley East; daughter, Lisa Phillips, Central, SC; four sons, James Woods, Castlewood; Kenneth Woods, and wife, Lisa,Nicklesville, Timothy 'Tim' Woods, andwife, Teresa, Bristol, VA and Phillip Woods and wife, Charlotte, Coeburn; two sisters, Mary Collins, and husband, Frank, and Sue Horton, and husband, Charles, all of Coeburn; special brother-in-law, Jack O'Quinn, Clintwood; special friend, Nell Salyers, Coeburn; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Bobby Wayne Eastwill be held Saturday and Sunday after 6:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and funeral services will be held Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 7:00 PM with Rev. Joe Dearry and Rev. Mike Lawson officiating. Burial will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 12, 2011 at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Estes Funeral Home, Coeburn, VA.
