Coeburn, VA ~ William Thomas 'Tom' McConnell, 76, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 at at his residence in Coeburn Virginia.
He was the son of the late Henry Wiley McConnell and Stella Greear McConnell.
Survivors include his companion of 19 years, Kathy Greear; a sister, Barbara Bray, Coeburn; special friend and caregiver, Derrek Harris, Coeburn; 2 aunts, 1 uncle, 2 nieces, 1 nephew and several great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation and funeral services for William Thomas McConnell will be held on Wednesday,February 27, 2013 after 5:00 P.M. at Estes Funeral Home Chapel and services will be at 7:30 PM with Rev. R. L. Crawford officiating. Burial will be 11:A.M. Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Greenwood Acres Memorial Gardens. Coeburn V.F.W. will give the military graveside rites.
